ENROLLMENT
POLICY

Applications for admission are accepted in January of the calendar year the children are to be enrolled. Registration forms can be picked-up at the preschool office or here on the website. A non-returnable registration fee of $75 is required with your registration application. Only one fee is charged per family. A non-returnable supply fee based on the program your child is entering is required by May 1st. If your family enrolls after May 1st, payment is due within two weeks of class confirmation.

Children who turn three before September 30th of the school year in which they are enrolling and are potty-trained can be placed in a three-year old classes of no more than 16 students. Children who turn four by September 30th of the school year in which they are enrolling will be placed in the four-year old classes of no more than 20 students. Children who turn five before March 1st of the school year in which they are enrolling will be placed in the five-year old classes of no more than 20 students.

By May 1st of the enrollment year, the tuition for May of the following year is due.

Priority registration will be given to current families with children in the school as well as members of Liberty Presbyterian Church.

 

The school requires health forms accompany enrollment forms before your child can attend classes. Children must be current on all vaccinations recommended by the State of Ohio. Children who have not had all of the recommended immunizations will not be permitted to attend Liberty Early Education Center.
